Marvel Studios Releases Teaser Trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps – Tickets Now on Sale

Marvel Studios has officially released the teaser trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, signaling the launch of ticket sales ahead of its theatrical release on July 25, 2025. The trailer gives fans their first extended look at Marvel’s First Family in action—along with a surprise appearance from baby Franklin Richards, the son of Reed Richards and Sue Storm.

Marvel's First Family — Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) — stand together in a retro-futuristic city, dressed in their blue and white Fantastic Four suits, as a cosmic storm brews in the sky behind them

Set in a retro-futuristic version of the 1960s on a parallel Earth, the film introduces the core lineup:

Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards / Mister Fantastic

Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm / Invisible Woman

Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm / Human Torch

Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm / The Thing

The team faces off against the cosmic devourer Galactus, portrayed by Ralph Ineson, and his powerful herald, the Silver Surfer, played by Julia Garner.

Directed by Matt Shakman, with a screenplay by Josh Friedman, Cam Squires, and Eric Pearson, the movie is set to launch Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The musical score is composed by Michael Giacchino, known for previous MCU projects like Doctor Strange and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

In a fun promotional twist, Marvel has also unveiled a Galactus-themed popcorn bucket, giving fans a collectible designed to match the character’s iconic comic book appearance.

The film’s storyline will connect to earlier MCU events, with the post-credit scenes of Thunderbolts hinting at the Fantastic Four’s arrival from a parallel universe—possibly tying into the multiverse saga that is currently unfolding.
